Void a credit card payment

In remittance processing you can void payments made with CardConnect.

  1. Go to Finance > Remittance Processing > Credit Card Payments > Payments.
  2. Select a device.
  3. Open a payment record. 
  4. Select the Void Payment check box.
  5. Select Save.
  6. Select Ok.
