Remove Transactions or Actions from Claims - Example

Whether myAR or Apply Receipts to Claims you can access the timeline below. Same functionality as myInsight as far as what prevents you from removing items from claims. Clicking into the blue icons in the Payments and Balance column will expose the timeline, both will lead to the same information. The reversing icon would be what you would click to either remove a Transaction or Action from a Claim.

Going to the Submission of the Claim will allow you to remove Transactions or Actions from Claims. Alternative area to access outside of myAR or Apply Receipts to Claims would be going to Claims Maintenance-Automatic.
