View information entered in OrderConnect in myEvolv

Allergies, medications, lab tests, and lab results entered in OrderConnect are added to the client's health information in the Client module in myEvolv.

Allergies 

in myEvolv, view allergies added in OrderConnect.

  1. Go to: Client > Client Information > Health Information > Allergies.
  2. In the Select Client field, search for and select a client.
  3. Select the Allergies tab.
  4. In the allergy row select Actions and select Open Form.
    Result: The client's allergies display. For allergies entered in OrderConnect the Entered With value is 'OrderConnect.'
  5. Review the allergy information.
  6. Select Save.

Medications 

In myEvolv, view medications added in OrderConnect.

  1. Go to: Client > Client Information > Health Information > Medications.
  2. In the Select Client field, search for and select a client.
  3. Select the Medications tab.
  4. In the medication row select Actions and select Open Form.
    Result: The client's medications display. For medications entered in OrderConnect the Entered With value is 'OrderConnect Medication Order' and the Type value is 'OrderConnect Medication Order' for both prescribed medications and medication history.
  5. Review the medication information.
  6. Optional. In the General section, select the Will be used for eMAR checkbox to use the OrderConnect medication with eMAR. 
  7. Select Save.

Lab tests and lab results 

In myEvolv, view lab tests added in OrderConnect.

  1. Go to: Client > Client Information > Health Information > Lab Tests.
  2. In the Select Client field, search for and select a client.
  3. Select the Lab Tests tab.
    Result: The client's lab tests and lab results display. For lab tests entered in OrderConnect the event name is 'OC Lab Orders'. For lab results entered in OrderConnect the event name is 'OC Lab Results'.
  4. Review the lab tests and lab results.
  5. Select Save.
