View family case general information

In the Family Case module you can only open cases that have had an Intake with a referral.

For a staff member to have access to a case, the worker must have access to the case in one of the following scenarios: 

  • Worker is directly assigned
  • Worker is part of an automatic workgroup
  • Worker is part of a manually assigned workgroup
  1. Go to: Family Cases > Case > Case information > General Information.
  2. In the toolbar, click the magnifying glass in the search bar or click Select Case.
  3. In the Cases Listing dialog, search for and select a case name. 

Note: The system displays cases that match the parameters and that you have access to.
