Validate Overlapping Services

Resolution

If this flag is not checked, the system will not prevent you from saving two different CR Test Assessment events at overlapping time by different staff members.

If this flag is checked, the system will display a validation error when a different staff member attempts to save the second CR Test Assessment event with a time that overlaps another CR Test Assessment.
