Transfer task from one staff member to another
Transfer scheduled tasks from one staff member to another in myEvolv.
- Go to: Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Transfer Tasks.
- In the Staff section, complete the required fields:
- For Transfer From, select the staff member the scheduled tasks are assigned to.
- For Transfer To, select the staff member to transfer the scheduled tasks to.
- Optionally select the following items to narrow the search results.
- Task - a specific type of task, such as Month Review
- Program - tasks associated with a specific program
- From and Through - tasks scheduled between these dates
- Click Get Tasks to retrieve the scheduled tasks that meet the search criteria. These tasks display in a grid.
- In the Scheduled Tasks section
- To select all scheduled tasks to transfer, click the Transfer All box
- To select individual scheduled tasks, click the Transfer? check box in the row for the task.
- To delete a task from the list, click the Delete? check box in the row for the task.
- To clear all task selections, click the Un-Mark All box.
- When finished selecting tasks, click Save to perform the transfer.
- When the message 'All tasks have been transferred' displays, click OK.
