Transfer task from one staff member to another

Transfer scheduled tasks from one staff member to another in myEvolv.

  1. Go to: Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Transfer Tasks.
  2. In the Staff section, complete the required fields:
    1. For Transfer From, select the staff member the scheduled tasks are assigned to.
    2. For Transfer To, select the staff member to transfer the scheduled tasks to.
    3. Optionally select the following items to narrow the search results.
      • Task - a specific type of task, such as Month Review 
      • Program - tasks associated with a specific program
      • From and Through - tasks scheduled between these dates
  3. Click Get Tasks to retrieve the scheduled tasks that meet the search criteria. These tasks display in a grid.
  4. In the Scheduled Tasks section
    • To select all scheduled tasks to transfer, click the Transfer All box
    • To select individual scheduled tasks, click the Transfer? check box in the row for the task.
    • To delete a task from the list, click the Delete? check box in the row for the task.
    • To clear all task selections, click the Un-Mark All box.
  5. When finished selecting tasks, click Save to perform the transfer.
  6. When the message 'All tasks have been transferred' displays, click OK.
