Submit a service for approval

Submit a client service for approval in myEvolv. 

  1. Go to Client > Case Management > Service Management > Service Entry.
  2. Select the magnifying glass in the Select Client field and search for and select a client.
    Result: A list displays all of the client's program enrollments and the services scheduled for each program. 
  3. In the row for a service, select Actions and 
  • Submit for Approval - Submits the service for approval and changes the status from Pending Submission to Pending Approval.
    OR
  • Unsubmit for Approval  - Removes the submission for approval and changes the status from Pending Approval to Pending Submission.
  1. Click Yes to confirm the action.
