Record resource family certification history

If a resource family is a foster/adoptive home or runs a family day care center, they need to maintain certification in certain areas, such as CPR. The Certification History form in the Resource Families module is the same form used for all types of service providers.

1. Go to the appropriate location:
   • Resource Families > Family Day Care > Information > Certification History 
   • Resource Families > Foster/Adoptive Home > Information > Certification History
2. In the Select Family field, search for and select a family.
3.  In the toolbar click New Event > Facility Certifications.
4. In the Profile Certifications dialog, enter the appropriate information. The following field is required:

• Date Completed - Click the calendar button to select a date.

5. Click Save.
