My Progress Notes tab

In myEvolv the My Progress Notes tab in the My Client Information standalone window displays all progress notes entered in services by the user currently logged into the system. You can only see notes that you authored.

1. Go to the My Progress Notes tab.
2. Select a row to expand and view the progress note and access buttons to submit or unsubmit the note.
3. Select Close to close the My Client Information window.
