Enter an individual diagnosis on a group service

In myEvolv, enter a diagnosis for a group member in Group service entry.  

  1. Go to Groups > Service Management > Service Management > Service Entry.
  2. In the toolbar, click Select Group.  Search for and select a group.
  3. Click Enter New Service and select a service from the list.
  4.  In the Group Activities dialog, enter the required information.
  5. Select a date in the Actual Date field to see the attendees list.
  6. In the toolbar, click Get Attendees.
    Result: The system pre-populates information on the Group Members tab.
  7. To add a diagnosis for a group member, in the Diagnosis column, click the ellipses button.
  8. In the Active Diagnoses dialog, search for and select a diagnosis.
  9. Select Save.
