Enter a service for a family case
Family case services differ from client services in that cases do not need to be enrolled in a program to receive case services from that program. The programs and services available for family cases depends on how family case services are configured within the Agency module.
- Go to Family Cases > Clinical Information > Service Management > Service Entry.
- In the Select Case field, search for and select a case.
- In the toolbar, click Add New and select an event.
- In the Activities - Family Case form, enter the appropriate information. The Actual Date the service was provided is required.
- Click Save.
