Enter a service for a family case

Family case services differ from client services in that cases do not need to be enrolled in a program to receive case services from that program. The programs and services available for family cases depends on how family case services are configured within the Agency module. 

  1. Go to Family Cases > Clinical Information > Service Management > Service Entry.
  2. In the Select Case field, search for and select a case. 
  3. In the toolbar, click Add New and select an event.
  4. In the Activities - Family Case form, enter the appropriate information. The Actual Date the service was provided is required.
  5. Click Save.
