Delete a family case service

In myEvolv, delete a service for a family case.  

  1. Go to: Family Cases  > Clinical Information > Service Management > Service Entry.
  2. Search for and select a case.  
    Result: A list displays the programs where the family is enrolled and the services scheduled for each program.
  3. In the row for a service, select Actions and select Delete Task.
    Result: A scheduled task form opens.
  4. In the toolbar select Delete
  5. When a message displays asking you to confirm the deletion, select OK.
