Create a medication administration event

  1. Go to: Client > Client Information > Health Information > Medication Administration.
  2. Search for and select a client.
  3. In the toolbar, select New Event > Administered Medication.
  4. In the Medication Administered (not eMAR) dialog, complete any relevant information. The following fields are required:
  • Medication - Select a medication from the list of medications the client is currently prescribed.
  • Actual Date/Time - Select a date and time.
  • By Whom - The system automatically populates this field with the logged-in user. Click the the magnifier button to search for and select a different staff member.
  • Program Providing Service - Search for and select a program name.
  • Facility Providing Service - Search for and select a facility name. 
  1. Select Save.
