| Confidentiality type | Description |
|---|---|
| Client-level confidentiality |
When the confidentiality option is enabled, the Confidential and Confidential Programs items are visible on the Client > Client Information > Personal Information > Demographics form. This allows the user to designate a client's program enrollments as confidential. Click Confidential and the Confidentiality Level sub-form appears. Select an option to designate one or all program enrollments as confidential.
|
| Event-level confidentiality | When the confidentiality option is enabled, selecting the Confidential check box for a service event makes the service confidential and it will not appear on client statements and correspondence. |
| Event Definition-level confidentiality | When the confidentiality option is enabled, the user can designate user-defined service events for a particular program as confidential. To do this, select the 'Is Confidential Service Event' check box on the Agency Setup > Services Setup > By Program > Individual Services > Agency Program Services > User Defined Services form. |
| Program-level confidentiality | When the confidentiality option is enabled, the user can designate a program as confidential by selecting the 'Is a Confidential Program' check box on the Agency Setup > Agency > Program Setups > Outpatient & Other > Program Setup form. |
