Add services for family members
In myEvolv add services for the family's individuals, such as child day treatment, and select the service event, such as an assessment of the child's strengths and needs.
Menu paths
- Resource Families > Foster/Adoptive Home > Information > Services Provided Report
- Resource Families > Foster/Adoptive Home > General Information > Service Provided
- Resource Families > Family Day Care > Information > Services Provided Report
- From the modules toolbar, select Resource Families and navigate to the appropriate path.
- Choose Select Family and search for and select a family.
- Under Individual Services, select Add New Record.
- In the Agency Program Services dialog, enter any relevant information. The following fields are required:
- Program - Search for and select a program.
- Service Event - Select an event definition.
- Select Update.
