Schedule a Walk-In Appointment

Complete the steps in this section to check in a walk-in appointment in the Attendance Check In/Out sub module.

Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In

Schedule a Walk-In Appointment 

  1. Navigate to the following path: Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In.
  2. In the toolbar, click the Schedule a Walk-In button. 
  3. In the Client Related Task Walk Ins dialog, enter the appropriate information. The following fields are required:
  • Staff Responsible - Search for and select the appropriate staff member. 
  • Create New Client - (Optional) If the person is not a client in myEvolv, click Create New Client to open the Intake Wizard. 
  • Client - Search for and select a client name. 
  • Program Responsible - Search for and select a program. 
  • Facility Responsible - Search for and select a facility 
  • Activity - Search for and select an activity.

System result: In the Walk-in Information section, the system automatically populates the date, time, and anticipated appointment duration. Note: You can manually modify these fields as appropriate. 

  1. Click Save
  2. In the Front Desk Person Information dialog, modify any of the person information as appropriate. 
  3. In the toolbar, click Complete Check-In.
