Rerunning Batches for Claims/Invoices

After reviewing Claims/Invoices, you may realize information was incorrect and need to update the data and produce new Claims/invoices. For example, a claim may be held because of a missing primary diagnosis for a client. After adding the information, you want the claim to be released. Here you would need to reprocess the batch.

  1. Edit the Batch Run.
  2. Change the description. (Here is where the use of adding a number to the run description helps, such as County Run1, County Run2, and so on).
  3. Hit the Tab key to make the Re-Process button active.
    Note: You can also change the Bill Through Date if necessary.
  4. Click Re-Process.
