Rerunning Batches for Claims/Invoices
After reviewing Claims/Invoices, you may realize information was incorrect and need to update the data and produce new Claims/invoices. For example, a claim may be held because of a missing primary diagnosis for a client. After adding the information, you want the claim to be released. Here you would need to reprocess the batch.
- Edit the Batch Run.
- Change the description. (Here is where the use of adding a number to the run description helps, such as County Run1, County Run2, and so on).
- Hit the Tab key to make the Re-Process button active.
Note: You can also change the Bill Through Date if necessary. - Click Re-Process.
