Service Authorization Exception Code

Resolution

As of version 8.5.10 we have added new type of billing authorization 'Service Authorization Exception'.

When you have selected this type you must select the 'Service Authorization Exception Code'.

If this type of authorization is used, the Code will output in the 2300 loop > Service Authorization Exception Code segment of the 837I or 837P like so:
