Run billing jobs overnight
If you are hosted in the Netsmart Cloud, please enter in a support case requesting the Delayed Billing Runs be turned on in your system. If you are self hosted, please see the below for instructions on how to activate.
You should have a scheduled job for each database, automatically created by EvolvCS job submission engine, called something like 'Delayed Billing Run Submissions - evolv_cs"... where evolv_cs would be the name of the database, i.e. evolv_cs_dev if you are enabling on your Dev system.
When this job is created, it's created as not enabled. You need to edit the job in SQL management studio, make it enabled and possibly change the scheduled time (it's created as 11pm).
- Within Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, expand SQL Server Agent.
- Select Job Activit Monitor.. Open the Delayed Billing Run Submissions job properties and select Schedules.
- Ensure the Daily frequency time is set correctly.
Upon finishing setup, you must log out and log back into myEvolv.
