Retro Claims Received

Resolution

Retro claims will only be created from claims that have NO status at all, or have some sort of payment on them. We don't allow claims that have any status with Adjustment, Void, or VR action on them, regardless of whether the action was performed. R1/2/3/4 claims were denied so they should never lead to retro claims regardless of whether the action was performed. Held claims and void claims will also not lead to retro claims.
