Search for workflow rules is limited to standard listing.

Search for workflow rules based on one or more options.

  • Groupings
  • Programs defined as qualifiers or the programs responsible for tasks
  • Events defined as triggers or tasks that will be scheduled
  • Text within the rule description

Qualifiers - Use a separate form to add, edit, or delete qualifiers for a rule. 

Qualifiers - Maintained in a grid within the Rule Designer.

Triggers - When adding a new trigger the system prompts the user to indicate if the trigger is an initial event.  Triggers - Select the Initial? check box to indicate an initial event.

Events and tasks - When adding an event for a family case member rule type, the system prompts the user to indicate if they are scheduling tasks for clients.

Events and tasks - Select the Is For Clients? check box to schedule tasks for clients.

Schedules - Includes Due (Other).

For initial schedules the milestone fields display if the user selects Milestone as the schedule type.

Schedules - Does not include Due (Other).

The milestone fields display on the form and are available or unavailable depending on the initial status and the schedule type.

All rule components have an independent save routine.

All rule components are captured by clicking Save on the Rule Designer.
