Unable to find client in People Search in Scheduler
When searching for a client to schedule an appointment using the scheduler, the client does not appear.

Resolution
This can occur if the client also has a staff profile. By design, the system excludes staff members from the list of individuals that can have appointments scheduled. You can check if the individual in question has a staff profile under Setup>System>People in System (No Security)>Type/Role in System. In the example above, you are unable to schedule an appointment for client Lisa Abbott as she also has a staff profile.
