System Maintenance overview
Learn about the tabs available within System Maintenance > Application Maintenance.
A system administrator runs the utilities shown here as needed. Some utilities should only be run if instructed by Netsmart.
- Utilities - List of general maintenance utilities for the system. Each utility listed includes a description of what the utility does.
- Current Users - Shows all staff currently logged in to the system. Also will show lost connections, which can be cleared with the Reset Login Sessions utility.
- Failed Logins - Lists all failed login attempts. Shows the IP address and attempted username.
- Current Portal Logins - Lists all logins to the Portal.
- Failed Portal Logins - Lists all failed attempts to log in to the Portal.
- Running and Recent Jobs - Lists all jobs running or completed. These are SQL server jobs.
- Upgrade History - Lists the date, time, version upgraded from, and version upgraded to for your myEvolv system upgrades.
- Client Lock Manager - Lists patient records that are currently locked.
- Task Manager - Same as in the Supervisor area. Allows you to manage task assignments allowing you to delete, write off, reassign tasks is bulk.
- ReAlign Tasks - Allows the system adm a single person or group profile's scheduled tasked that were scheduled via a workflow
- User Lockout - Lists all users and IP's that have been blocked due to failed login attempts.
- Portal User Lockout - Lists all staff members and IPs that have been blocked from Portal access. You can add a lockout for IP addresses and staff members.
- HL7 Management - Lists the documents and type, including document ID, client name, and whether the document was exported or imported, and processed successfully using the HL7 standard.
- HL7 Possible Person Matching - System tries to make a possible match with a person in the system to the document definition based on its import criteria.
- CCD Batch Generation - Identify the purpose, such as ambulatory visit, add parameters, and then export the data in either Microsoft Excel or SQL Server.
- API Usage - Lists the staff, entry date and time, JSON payload, and inner call for API. You can send alerts about API usage.
- CCD Batch Schedule - Create a schedule for processing CCD batches.
- SDK Outbound Error Log - Lists errors related to SDK events. There is an option to resend the SDK event.
- Alerts Manager - Lists alerts by sender, date sent, receiver, date received, date read, and message.

- Field Service Error Log
- Asynchronous Report Extract Logs - Lists errors and report parameters for asynchronous reports with errors.
- Foster Home Registry Error Log - Lists errors encountered when attempting to update the foster home registry.
- SDK Health Check - Lists the results of a periodic health check of the CareFabric integration with myEvolv.
