Set up staff to schedule appointments across locations

In myEvolv, give staff members access to schedule appointments for multiple locations.

  1. Go to: Agency > Staff & Security > Staff Information > Staff Profiles with Security.
  2. Search for and select the staff member for whom you want to allow scheduling across multiple locations.
  3. In the Managing Offices sub-form, enter the locations where the staff member should be allowed to schedule appointments. 
    Note: Not all locations are required to be checked as Primary.
  4. Select the Allow Front Desk Scheduling Across Locations checkbox.
  5. Select Save.
    Result: The selected staff members have the option to schedule for all managing offices entered.
