Modify Upcoming Event Alerts
If caseworkers are receiving notifications about upcoming events too far in advance, there is a way to limit how far in advance they are notified. Settings for this can be set up either globally or on a case-by-case basis:
Global
Setup > System > EvolvCS System Setup > System Settings/Preferences > Scheduling/Workflow Settings
Under Workflow Parameters there are two settings: Notify Staff (Days before Event is Due) and Notify Supervisor (Days before Event is Due).
These global parameters can be changed to the desired number of days.
Case by Case
Setup > Event Setup > Notification Setup > Events Setup
Select the appropriate event category and edit the event's notification days setting.
