Link a program to a location or facility

Linking a program to a location or service facility indicates which programs are provided at that facility. These locations might be your offices, foster or adoptive homes, outside organizations, support groups, and so on. When a client is enrolled into a program, they are assigned to a facility that offers that program. 

Note: Typically when you set up and define a facility you associate the facility with the programs that it operates. This

  1. Go to  Agency Setup > Agency > Program Setups
  2. Select a program type, such as Care Day, Respite, or Outpatient & Other. 
  3. In the list of programs, in the row for a program select Actions and select Open Form
  4. Go to the Link to Agency and Facilities section.
  5. Search for and select an agency. 
    The Facilities Providing this Program list shows all facilities at the agency that provide the selected program.
  6. Select Save.
