Link a program to a location or facility
Linking a program to a location or service facility indicates which programs are provided at that facility. These locations might be your offices, foster or adoptive homes, outside organizations, support groups, and so on. When a client is enrolled into a program, they are assigned to a facility that offers that program.
Note: Typically when you set up and define a facility you associate the facility with the programs that it operates. This
- Go to Agency Setup > Agency > Program Setups.
- Select a program type, such as Care Day, Respite, or Outpatient & Other.
- In the list of programs, in the row for a program select Actions and select Open Form.
- Go to the Link to Agency and Facilities section.
- Search for and select an agency.
The Facilities Providing this Program list shows all facilities at the agency that provide the selected program. - Select Save.
