Flag an event as can be scheduled
In events setup, selecting the Can Be Scheduled option makes an event available to be scheduled in the Front Desk NX calendar.
- Go to Agency Setup > Event Setup > People > Events Setup.
- Select Event Category and select a category.
- In the toolbar select Add New and select Event Definition User - People.
- In the Event Definitions Information section, enter the Event Name.
- Select the Can Be Scheduled check box.
- Repeat this process for each event you want to have available for scheduling.
- Select Save.
