Flag an event as can be scheduled

In events setup, selecting the Can Be Scheduled option makes an event available to be scheduled in the Front Desk NX calendar.

  1. Go to Agency Setup > Event Setup > People > Events Setup.
  2. Select Event Category and select a category.
  3. In the toolbar select Add New and select Event Definition User - People.
  4. In the Event Definitions Information section, enter the Event Name.
  5. Select the Can Be Scheduled check box.
  6. Repeat this process for each event you want to have available for scheduling.
  7. Select Save.
