Edit basic agency information
Complete these steps to view or edit basic information about your agency. Consult a Netsmart representative before making changes in top two sections of this form.
- Go to Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Agency Information.
- Update any of the fields as appropriate:
- Agency Name - Define your agency name, as it will appear on reports.
- Agency Short Name - Enter a short name to identify your agency.
- Agency ID - Enter a generic ID to assign to your agency.
- Fiscal Year Start - Select a month to indicate the beginning of your agency's fiscal year.
- Is Controlling Agency - If the system is setup in a multi-agency environment, one agency will be identified as the controlling agency.
- Is Executive Director/CEO - Enter the name of the person with this title.
- Main Contact - Enter the name of the main contact for this agency.
- Main Contact Phone# - Enter the contact phone number.
- Main Contact Email - Enter the contact email information.
- Under Region Information, You can identify your agency into generic regions. These regions are then assigned to your facilities and staff. Certain areas of the system may limit lists based on a region of a staff person and or managing office. If your agency does not have sites identified by region, enter a value of NA (not applicable) here.
