Disable NIAM temporarily

There may be instances when an agency needs to disable NIAM and default to local myEvolv logins, as in the case of an internet outage.

1. Navigate to Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Agency Information. 
2. In the Netsmart Identity Access Management section, clear the Use Netsmart Identity Access Management check box. 
3. Select Save.
   Result: In myEvolv NX the Alternate Login button will no longer display and the Next button will default to local authentication. In myEvolv the NIAM hyperlink will no longer display.
