Use Event Groups with multiple sub-forms

The form below uses two “Other Activities” sub-forms. Unless they are linked to separate event groups, the services entered on one will appear on the other upon save.

  1. Set up event group or use existing.

  1. Link existing events (events used in sub-forms, not the parent event) to the event group.
    1. This can be done either on the event group itself.

  1. Open the parent form, and link sub-form to the desired event group.

Setup > User Tools > Form Designer > Form Designer

Now, the services/other activities which are entered on one subform will not show in the other subform.

If the events which are entered from the subform need to appear in other areas of the system, ensure that formset member is also attached to the same event group.
