Update the default Home screen

Complete the steps in this topic to customize the default myEvolv home screen for users. 

Note: Should you not wish to grant individual users access to this form, then a system administrator can adjust this setting for users on the Staff Profiles with Security form under Agency > Staff & Security > Staff Information.

  1. Log in to myEvolv.
  2. Click the username in the upper right-corner.
    System Result: The Staff Look Up Their Own Information form is displayed.
  3. In the Staff Information tab, select the Navigation Preferences tab. 
  4. Select the Personalized Settings check box. 
  5. For the Module field, select a module from the Modules with security dialog. You can also select the Taskbar here. 
  6. Optional. To further refine the home screen, you can select a specific Sub Module, Form Set, or Form Set Member.
  7. Click Save
