Setup Sites/Residentials

Overview

Service facilities are operated by your agency or in unison with other agencies in the system. These facilities can be Group Residence (GR), Group Homes (GH), Residential Treatment Centers (RTC), and so on.

These must first be defined before they can be assigned. Services the facility provides are based on the programs offered. Formset members include:

  • General Information
  • Capacity
  • Certification History
  • Clients Placed
  • Services Provided Report
  • Placement History

When a client is first enrolled in your agency, a service facility is required. Depending on the program selected and possibly the Managing Office, the system may require you to assign a place where the client will reside. Once the intake process is complete all additional service facility assignments must be done via the critical information form.

About the Managing Office

The Managing Office determines which facilities staff members can access particularly in the homeview. Managing Offices can be shared between agencies if your system has been configured to operate in a multi-agency environment.
