For Agencies Using Finance
For agencies using Finance, materials can be associated to an GL Expense Account. When items here are linked to Chart of Accounts, they will appear under Expense Items for that Account.
Note: You can also track your materials in the following location: Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Materials Provided if you do not use Finance and want to track materials provided to people or groups.
