Set Up the Server Folders and Copy the Files
Create the Server Infrastructure
Prior to installing the database, you must configure the infrastructure on your server.
-
On your servers, create the following folder on the C:\Netsmart Downloads.

-
Copy the following files to the database server:
- Evolv_cs_training_data_v82.zip
- evolv_cs_upgrade_v82.zip (file should be the latest upgrade file)
- evolv_cs_training_code_v82.zip
- Unzip all zipped files into their own folders with the default name.
Note: If you have two servers, then you must also copy both of the following files to the Web Server: evolv_cs_training_code_v82.zip and evolv_cs_upgrade_v82 (latest upgrade).
Create the Data Infrastructure on the Server
- Analyze the current drive structure on the server. Often, the server is set up with a C: drive for operating system and a D: drive for data. Sometimes there is a separate drive for logs.
- On the Data drive, create the folder, SQLData. Note: In the example screenshots, the Data drive is on the D: drive.
- In the SQLData folder, create the folder, backup.
- If a separate drive for logs exists, create a SQLLogs folder on that drive. If not, you can create the SQLLogs folder on the data drive.

Place the Files in the Folders
After you've created the folder structure on your server, you must place the appropriate files in the folders.
