Restrictions and Upgrades
About Restrictions
There are several restrictions when creating, deleting and modifying forms.
Tasks that Agencies can perform
- Create new forms ONLY from existing forms supplied by Netsmart(Agencies can not create new forms from scratch).
- Deleting forms is ONLY allowed for forms that have been created by the agency.
- The 'Order In Form' of group heading can be modified.
- Add their own groups
- Can only reorder or disable (make invisible) non-required Netsmart supplied fields.
- Can change group captions
- Can change the captions of Required Fields
Tasks that Agencies cannot perform
- Editing Forms supplied by Netsmart.
- Adding new form families
- Deleting Form Families
- Modifying any properties of a Form Family
How Netsmart will handle changes with Upgrades
- User Forms Left alone unless a field has been made required that was previously not required
- New Forms and Form Families are Added to the system
- Existing forms non required field properties less order and visibility (Unless now made required) are modified
- Existing forms required fields all properties less order are modified.
- Changes to the form for which users forms were copied from will also be made to the user forms.
