Rates Setup

There are two categories of Rate setups in myEvolv, billing and payments. Billing rates produce Claims that are sent to claim receivers. Payment Rates produce Invoices that are used in the system to produce checks to pay vendors.

Rate Types are defined values defined by users to organize rates. Some examples of Rate Types:

  • Service
  • Respite
  • Clothing

These types will be applied when setting up Billing Rates and Payment Rates.
