Other Schools (Non-Agency)
This area allows you to create entries of schools that are not ran by your agency. These schools can then be associated with clients.
Add a Non-Agency School
- Click the Select a School button.
- Invoke a Search then click New.
- Enter the appropriate information.
- Click Save.
Example Form
- District/Type - Optional field for reporting the District or Type for this school. The values here are populated in Table Maintenance with the Lookup Table Facility Type (Foster Homes, Service Facility, Outside Org, Applicants).
- School Name -Name of the School.
- ID# - Optional ID# than can be used for reporting purposes.
- Create Rooms/Units on Save? - Flagging this entry will create a default room/unit on save.
- Address - The address of the Facility. Upon entering the zip code, the city and state will automatically be entered.
- Room and Grade - For this type of facility, you enter specific rooms and grades for the school, which can be tracked for the client. If this does not apply to your data needs, simply leave this blank.
- Contacts - Sub Form used to enter contact people for this organization. You can select a person who already exists in myEvolv, or you can create a new person.
- Additional Information - A remarks type field allowing you to add any additional information about the facility.
