Manage Treatment, Tests, and Assessments
Treatment planning is an ongoing process where a provider at your agency creates a treatment plan tailored to a client's treatment and documents the client's progress in reaching goals while receiving services at your agency. In a treatment plan the provider establishes goals, objectives, and methods to meet the client's treatment goals.

About treatment plan setup
The setup area for treatment planning is where you create and edit all aspects of the functionality within the Plan Development formset in the Client module. The setup covers the following areas:
- Treatment Plans/Other - This area is where you set up outcomes, diagnosis definitions, method frequency, and plan status. More importantly, in this area you design a treatment plan and the form that the provider uses to enter information about the client's treatment.
- Treatment Plan Events - Like most components of myEvolv, the entry of a treatment plan is through an event. In this setup area you create initial events and review events for a treatment plan.
- Treatment Setup - This area is where you set up other important treatment elements. These elements can all be linked, or added as a component to a client's treatment plan.
Treatment plans in myEvolv are defined as the following:
- When entering a treatment plan the provider first selects the Problem Category.
- The Problems Addressed, Goals, Objectives, and Methods are limited by the Category the provider selects.
- The Problems Addressed further allows the provider to select problems that have been defined for the client.
Note: Objectives and Methods are not required areas on a treatment plan. Each agency defines treatment plans according to their particular needs.
