To Do Button Settings

Enable To-Do Notification functionality on myAvatar product forms.

Avatar RADplus > Workflow Management > To Do Button Settings

  • This form is specific to myAvatar product forms. To enable To Do Button functionality on modeled forms, select Yes in the Enable To-Do Creation from form field in Form Definition.
  • A To-Do item created from one of these forms is only sent to the indicated recipients upon the filing of that form.
  1. In the Enable To-Do Button for Forms field, select the product forms to equip with the ability to send To Do notifications.
    • For Progress Notes (Group and Individual) and Treatment Plan forms, this includes any copies as well.
  2. Click Submit.

Create To Do Button Functionality

Enabling To Do Button functionality for any form will add the Create To Do icon on the form.
 

Clicking the Create To Do icon displays the Create To Do screen.

 

  1. Use the Select Staff and Select Team fields to search for and select the staff members and/or teams to receive the To Do item.
  2. Click Add to include the selected staff or team in the Send to list.
    • If necessary, use the Remove or Remove All buttons to edit the list.
  3. Add the text of the note in the Note field.
    • If necessary, use the Clear Note button to delete the text.
  4. Click Save. A green check mark will appear over the Create To Do icon indicating that a To-Do item has been created and is awaiting filing of this form in order to be sent to the designated recipients.
