Print dictionary file information.

  1. In the File field, select the dictionary file.

  2. In the Individual or All Data Elements field:

  • Select All Data Elements to generate a report for all dictionary data elements.
  • Select Individual Data Element to generate a report for a single data element (Data Element field).

  1. In the Data Element field, enter the data element description, click Enter to select.

  2. Click Print Dictionary to generate a report that details dictionary codes and values, and extended dictionary codes.
