Populate Data Entry User ID

Populate the 'data_entry_user_ID' column in SQL tables.

RADplus Utilities > Database Management

The value of the 'data_entry_by_option' SQL column in myAvatar SQL tables is compared with the value in the 'RADplus_users.user_description' column.

The value of the 'RADplus_users.USERID' field is entered in the data_entry_user_id column SQL tables.

  • The process uses the active USERID.
    It is recommended to deactivate USERIDs that contain duplicate 'user_descriptions' fields.

  • The process will run after the form is submitted.
    This may take several hours to complete, depending on the amount of data in the database.

  • The 'SYSTEM.RADplus_pop_data_entry_user_id' SQL table contains status data, including the end time.

  • If myAvatar is shut down while the process is running, it will resume when myAvatar is restarted.

  1. In the Application/Module field, select the myAvatar application or module.

  2. Click Submit.
