Non Caseload Access Report
Generate a report detailing users who attempted to access client records outside the caseload (defined in the User Definition form).
RADplus Utilities > System Security > Auditing
Clients can be added to a user's caseload through the following:
-
Admission form - selecting the user as the attending or admitting practitioner, in the Attending Practitioner or Admitting Practitioner fields.
-
Transfer Caseload form - transfers caseloads assigned through an Add to Caseload field.
-
Transfer Practitioner Caseload form - transferring the attending practitioner caseload to another practitioner, adds the client to the user associated with the transferred practitioner's caseload.
-
User-defined data collection instruments that have an 'Add to Caseload' field.
-
In the Access Start Date field, enter the report start date.
-
In the Access End Date field, enter the report end date.
-
Click Submit.
The Silent column on the report indicates the setting of the 'Warn if user attempts non-caseload access' field on the User Definition form. If this field is set to Yes, a user accessing a caseload other than their own will be presented with a message and the access recorded.
