Import Client Picture
Associate a picture with a client. This picture displays in the admission form lookup screens (Avatar PM), and can be used in user-defined client data collection instruments.
When imported, pictures are automatically sized to fill the Picture field. The following settings are recommended to ensure that resizing does not result in unwanted distortions:
- The picture must be in JPG (.jpg) format, and in landscape orientation.
- The picture object size is 4" wide by 3" high. This translates into a landscape picture that is approximately 640x480 pixels.
The camera resolution setting does not affect the import capability. However, in order to keep the picture database at a manageable level, it is recommended to keep each picture file as small as possible.
Add Client Photo
- Go to: RADplus Utilities > Database Management
- In the Client field, enter the client name, select Enter.
- Right-click the Picture field.
- Select Acquire Image from the right-click menu.
Result: An Open dialog box displays. Navigate to the picture, click Open. - Select Submit.
Remove Client Photo
- In the Client field, enter the client name, select Enter.
- Right-click the Picture field.
- Select Clear Image from the right-click menu.
- Select Submit.
