Guardiant

Configure myAvatar to send software errors (through the Internet) to Netsmart, as they occur.

RADplus Utilities > Error Log

  1. In the Enable Reporting of Software Errors to NTST field, select Yes to enable error reporting.

  2. In the Reporting Method field, select whether you are reporting via Guardiant or SMTP.

  3. Select whether or not to Send All Session Flight Recorder Data to Guardiant in the field provided.

  4. In the SMTP Server Hostname or IP Address field, enter the server hostname or IP address.

  5. In the SMTP Port Number field, enter the port number.

  6. In the SMTP Login ID field, enter the login ID.

  7. In the SMTP Login Password field, enter the password.

  8. In the Guardiant Contact E-mail Address field, enter the contact person’s e-mail address.

  9. In the User Instructions For Error Comments field, enter information to override default error log instructions.

  10. Click Submit.
