Form Definition in myAvatar CWS

Form Definition contains additional functionality that works in myAvatar CWS.

Go to: Avatar CWS > RADplus Utilities > Modeling
In the Define Status Display Rule field, select Yes to create a compliance rule.
In the Status Display Rule field, select the compliance rule.
If the compliance rule has "Specific Number of Days" in the Specific Number of Days field, enter the number of days.
In the Status Display Rule Effective Date field, enter the date the rule becomes active.
In the Status Rule Tool Tip field, enter the title to display for the compliance rule.

A submission must be filed for the client's episode.

The effective date must not be after the discharge date.

Once per Day Missing Any
A submission must be filed for the day.
Once per Day Missing Today
A submission must be filed for the day. The previous day’s submission has not been filed.
The rule starts from the admission date, or the effective date (if effective date is after admission date).
The effective date must not be after the current date.
Recurring Every Specific Number of Days After Admission
A submission must be filed the specified number of days after the admission date.
The effective date must not be after the discharge date.
Recurring Every Specific Number of Days Starting At Admission
The effective date must not be after the discharge date.
Within Specific Number of Days After Admission
A submission must be filed for the a specified number of days (Specific Number of Days field) after the client has been admitted.
The effective date must not be after the discharge date.
Within Specific Number of Days After Discharge
A submission must be filed for the a specified number of days (Specific Number of Days field) after the client has been discharged.
Within Specific Number of Days After Last Occurrence
A submission must be filed for the a specified number of days (Specific Number of Days field) after the last submission.
Applies to entries added on or after the effective date.
