Edit Form

Edit a form's description and menu location.

  1. Go to RADplus Utilities > Menu Manager > Edit Form.
  2. In the Form to Edit field, select the form.
  3. In the Form Description field, edit the name of the form.
    • If appropriate, descriptions for forms created in the Form Definition, Report Definition, and Inquiry Definition forms can be edited in those forms.
  4. In the Menu to Place Form Under field, select the myAvatar menu heading to place the form.
  5. The Current Order field displays the menu heading order.
  6. In the Order field, select the menu position. Menu positions are numbered. Selecting a different number changes the menu order.
  7. Click Print Current Menu to generate a report of myAvatar form menus.
  8. Click Submit.
