Generate a compile that contains information about client admissions, client discharges, client episode length of stay, days since the last client visit, and the date of last visit information.

In the Compile Description field, enter the description.
In the Compile ID field, enter the ID. This ID is used to select the compile data from the SQL tables for reporting purposes.
This value will be filed as the COMPILE_ID in the ERS compile SQL tables
If another compile exists with this compile ID, the other compile will be deleted and replaced with this compile.
If this field is blank, a unique number will be assigned and saved as the COMPILE_ID.

Active

In the Client Subset Index Type field, select Active to create a compile for active clients.Select Inactive to create a compile for inactive clients.
In the Active In What Program(s) field, select the programs.
In the Restrict Episode Inclusion Based On LOS field:

Select Yes to include client episodes where the length of stay is equal to or greater than the Minimum LOS Required Through Today field.
- In the Minimum LOS Required Through Today field, enter the minimum length of stay required for client episodes.
Select No to include client episodes with any length of stay.

In the Restrict Episode Inclusion Based On Last Service Date field:

Select Yes to include client episodes with a service on or after the date in the Only Include Clients Who Have Not Had A Service Since field.
- In the Only Include Clients Who Have Not Had A Service Since field, enter the earliest date of service required for a client episode.
Select No to include client episodes with any service.

In the Include Client If He/She Has No Services In Episode field:

Select Yes to include client episodes with no services.
Select No to exclude client episodes with no services.

Click Submit. A message displays the compile ID, description, date and time. Click Ok.

Inactive

In the Client Subset Index Type field, select Inactive to create a compile for inactive clients.
In the Discharged From Program(s) field, select the programs.
In the Discharge From Date field, enter the earliest discharge date to include.
In the Discharge Through Date field, enter the latest discharge date to include.
In the Restrict Episode Inclusion Based On LOS field:

Select Yes to include client episodes where the length of stay is equal to or greater than the Minimum LOS Required For Inclusion field.
- In the Minimum LOS Required For Inclusion field, enter the minimum length of stay required for client episodes.
Select No to include clients with any length of stay.

Click Submit. A message displays the compile ID, description, date and time. Click Ok.

Service Based

In the Client Subset Index Type field, select Service Based to create a compile for client services.
In the Services From Date field, enter the earliest service date to include.
In the Services Through Date field, enter the latest service date to include.
In the Service In Program(s) field, select the programs.
In the Specify Service(s) To Include field, select the services.
Click Submit. A message displays the compile ID, description, date and time. Click Ok.

Additional Section

ERS Batch Deletion Section

In the Select Batch For Deletion field, select the compiled batch to be deleted.
Deleting a batch removes all data associated with the selected batch.
Click Delete Batch. The batch is removed.
