View Treatment Details

  1. In the Treatment History section, select the fiscal year, click View to view treatments for that year.

  2. Click a transaction date (Tx Date column) to view details for that treatment.

  • The Service Details From MSO screen displays.
  • Information entered in ProviderConnect if Avatar service has not been billed and adjudicated in Avatar MSO, and displays adjudication information if a service has not been billed and adjudicated in Avatar MSO.

  1. Review treatment details, click Close Window.
