Details

Client records with a search score equal to or greater than the Minimum Score for Display field display in search results.

1. Select Client Lookup Configuration Manager from the System Definition menu in Avatar PM.

The settings below are weighted to return client matches where last name and social security number must produce a client match in Avatar PM.

• Minimum Score for Display
  Set to 100.
  A total search score of 100 must be reached to produce a client search result.

• Social Security #
  Set to 80 or 100.
  Social security number is required to produce a client search result.

• Last Name
  Set to 20.

• Maximum Number of Displayed Matches
  Define the maximum number of client search results that display.

2. Click Submit.
