This registry setting only applies to Avatar installments with a Single Server Environment.
For Multiple Server Environments, please see Inhibit Liability - determinations.

'Y' enables the following:

The 'Non-billable Legal Status' selection in the 'Inhibit Liability Distribution By' field (Guarantors/Payors form).

Liability distribution to the guarantor will be prevented if information is found that is effective during for the date of service, and where No is selected in the 'Billable' extended attribute (Legal Status dictionary).

'N' disables the above functionality.
